Review & Incentive Disclosure Policy

1. Material Connection Disclosure

Some users may receive products, discounts, refunds, reimbursements, free items, or other benefits in connection with offers on HighEndFree. Those benefits may create a material connection between the user and the seller or brand under U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance and similar standards.

When a material connection exists, users are responsible for making clear and conspicuous disclosures wherever they post reviews or endorsements, in line with applicable law and the rules of the platform where the content appears (for example, a marketplace community policy).

HighEndFree does not tell users to hide incentives or material connections. Honesty and transparency reduce legal and platform risk for everyone.

2. Honest Reviews Only

Reviews must reflect your honest opinion and, where applicable, your real experience with the product.

• You are never required to leave a positive review or any particular star rating.
• You are never required to hide that you received a benefit.
• Sellers may not require positive reviews as a condition of benefits.

3. No Review Manipulation

The following are prohibited on or through HighEndFree:

• Fake, misleading, or deceptive reviews
• Paid or compensated positive reviews that are not honestly held or not clearly disclosed where required
• Biased reviews structured to mislead readers
• Review swapping or coordinated inauthentic reviews
• Reviews by people who did not genuinely receive or use the product as represented
• Requiring five-star reviews or a minimum rating
• Asking users to remove or rewrite negative reviews in exchange for benefits
• Threatening, harassing, or pressuring users over reviews
• Incentivized reviews without required disclosures

We prohibit conduct intended to manipulate review systems on HighEndFree or on third-party platforms.

4. Suggested Disclosure Examples (Not Legal Advice)

The examples below are for illustration only. They are not legal advice. You must follow the rules of every platform where you post, and applicable law, which may require different wording or placement.

• “I received this product at a discount.”
• “I received a refund/reimbursement in connection with this product.”
• “I received this product for free; this is my honest opinion based on my experience.”
• “My review reflects my personal experience with this product.”

Disclosures should be easy to notice and understand—avoid hiding them behind links-only or unclear abbreviations where the platform expects clarity.

5. Marketplace Rules

Users and sellers are responsible for following the rules of Amazon and any other marketplace or platform they use. Those rules may restrict or prohibit certain incentives, reviews, or disclosure practices.

HighEndFree does not control third-party marketplaces and does not guarantee that a review will be accepted, published, or allowed by any marketplace.

We may suspend or ban users or sellers who use the Services for review manipulation, fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

6. Seller Rules

• Sellers may not condition refunds, discounts, or reimbursements on positive reviews or specific ratings.
• Sellers may not ask users to remove, hide, or change negative reviews in exchange for benefits.
• Sellers may not instruct users to conceal incentives or material connections.
• Sellers must not provide false, misleading, or unsafe product information.
• Sellers should honor refund or discount commitments they clearly and truthfully communicate for a given offer, subject to applicable law and the written terms of that offer.

Guarantees of refunds, free products, approvals, or income are not offered by HighEndFree unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific, limited context.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy or our Terms may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, cancellation of requests, delisting of products, withholding of payouts where permitted, and referral to law enforcement or platforms where appropriate.

We may investigate reports of manipulation, fraud, or abuse. Our enforcement decisions may depend on the information available and legal or safety considerations.
