Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-10 (draft)

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how HighEndFree (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We are not affiliated with Amazon. This policy does not describe Amazon’s or any other third-party marketplace’s practices.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, username (if any), and authentication information (for example, credentials managed through our auth provider; we do not store your password in plain text).
  • Profile information: information you add to your profile, such as country or contact preferences.
  • Plan and subscription information: subscription tier, billing status, and related metadata associated with your account.
  • Product request information: requests you submit, status, communications related to requests, and similar transaction data.
  • Seller listing information: product titles, descriptions, prices, images, categories, refund or discount descriptions, and listing status.
  • Refund contact information: for example, PayPal email (where required for our refund workflows) and optional Zelle or similar contact details you choose to provide.
  • Support communications: messages you send through support tickets or similar channels.
  • Review-related content: text, images, or screenshots you upload in connection with reviews or verification, where applicable.
  • Discord-related data (sellers using our Discord bot): Discord user ID, username, display name, message content sent to the bot, attachments (such as product images), and interaction logs needed to operate the integration.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, collected through logs, analytics, or security tools.
  • Payment data: subscription and payment transactions are processed by payment processors (such as Stripe). We generally do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; the processor handles card data according to its terms and industry standards.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create, maintain, and secure accounts
  • Operate product requests, seller listings, and dashboards
  • Communicate with users, sellers, and administrators about the Services
  • Provide customer support and respond to tickets
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms and policies
  • Improve reliability, performance, and user experience (including analytics where used)
  • Process subscription billing through our payment provider
  • Send service-related notices, reminders, or notifications where appropriate

4. Refund Contact Information

Where the platform requires a PayPal email (or similar) to support refund or reimbursement workflows, that information is part of your account profile. It is used to operate those workflows and related support. It is not publicly displayed on the site as a default practice.

Zelle or other optional refund contact fields, if offered, are similarly used for operational and support purposes you initiate or consent to.

5. Discord Bot Data

If sellers use our Discord bot, we may collect Discord user ID, username, display name, message content, attachments (including product photos), and logs of bot interactions. The Discord user ID is used to link your Discord identity to your seller account where that integration is enabled.

Product photos and messages may be processed to help create or refine listings on the platform, as described in the AI Processing section.

6. AI Processing

We may use automated tools, including AI, to extract or suggest product titles, prices, categories, refund or discount details, or other listing fields from seller-submitted messages or images. AI output may be incorrect. Sellers remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, and ensuring the accuracy of all listing information. We may reject or remove inaccurate or non-compliant content.

7. Sharing Information

We may share information with:

  • Payment processors (for example, Stripe) to complete transactions you authorize
  • Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers that help us run the Services
  • Analytics providers, if we use them, subject to their policies
  • AI or automation vendors that process content on our instructions
  • Customer support tools used to manage tickets and communications
  • Discord, as necessary for the bot integration you use
  • Professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and integrity

We do not sell your personal information for money as that term is commonly understood in U.S. state privacy laws. If we ever offer incentives that could be characterized as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, we will provide required notices and choices.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, and understand how the Services are used. Analytics tools, if enabled, may use cookies or device identifiers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect login or core functionality.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legitimate interests (including fraud prevention). Retention periods may vary based on data type and legal requirements.

You may request deletion of your personal information where applicable law allows; we may retain certain records where we have a legal obligation or legitimate need to do so.

11. User Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing (such as marketing). You may also have the right to appeal our response to a request, where applicable.

To submit a request, contact us at privacy@highendfree.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

12. Children / Minors

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Users between 13 and the age of majority should use the Services only with parental or guardian consent where required by law.

13. International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our vendors operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your home country.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on the Services and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
